I then left a one star rating which was responded to very promptly and I am Very Pleased that I can now set my alarm on and go to sleep without being woken up unnecessarily. I was requested to delete the one star rating and I did. It had not worked the way I needed when I had it isince May but I am Very pleased with the service I have received since my last review.
